Room 8 has been doing bean experiments and we had to have a bean a wet paper towel a plastic cup we have just started. room 8 has been growing  there beans for four days and  we are going.To all make ourselves a box like this one  and every day we have to water our plants how to make a bean plant
follow these simple steps

1. get a plastic cup 

2. put a wet paper towel in the plastic cup scrunched up 

3.put a bean in the cup put soil in as well and water everyday  you will now grow your bean until it grows 

Go All Blacks

    Go All blacks. Yesterday  Vardon school had a photo shoot for an All Blacks competition for Argentina vs the All Blacks. If you win this competition an All Black will come and visit   your classroom. Your classroom had to be completely black with everyone wearing black and it was very funny and.we had lots of fun screaming cheering and being crazy. It was a great moment.  I loved holding the world cup  and doing the Mexican wave.  We had a photographer named Sandy and he made us this awesome poster with the photos that we took. Mac's mum Justine came in and helped us to get ready for the photo. She brought in two Argentina shirts for the Argentinian spectators.

Kapa haka

 For the last few weeks I have been doing Kapa Haka and we have learnt four new songs. We have learned songs called Papake titaha, tokato , Hei Honore. I have been enjoying Kapa Haka and it is really fun. I have been doing Kapa Haka for four years. I love doing Kapa Haka and my teacher is very proud.

Magic wish kites

This is me with my wish kite

I have got this wish kite because we started reading the book called the Peasant Prince.  It is a book about a boy called Li Cunxin and he has a chance to be a ballet dancer and we were told to make a kite that had three wishes. My personal wish is to keep my bedroom clean,  my family wish is to help my grandma with her chemo and my world wish is to help stop starvation.
